The client, by investing in Art Capital, proceeds to acquire possession of a selected artwork from the extensive catalog of the Company, which includes internationally renowned artists of high prestige. These artworks are present in institutions such as museums, major art galleries, international exhibitions, and globally recognized auctions. This acquisition takes place through the signing of an ART CAPITAL contract, evaluated at the current market price. The market price is established in accordance with the rates practiced in the main internationally recognized galleries. The client will enjoy a financial return with an annual interest rate ranging from 7% to 10%, distributed through monthly coupons. The contract, with a minimum duration of 36 months, includes the return of the artwork to the Company at the end of the specified period. The artwork will be returned in the same condition as at the time of purchase, accompanied by the refund of the entire amount paid at the signing of the contract.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

• Each artwork is insured by a leading company, whose coverage value is equal to the market price and in any case never lower than the amount invested by the artist.

• The value of the artworks involved in the contract is aligned with that practiced in the reference galleries of the national and international market.

• The authenticity of the artworks is guaranteed through their respective archiving, certificates of authenticity, and the evaluation carried out by LLOYD’S LONDON, AXA Art Insurance, Chubb, AIG Private Client Group.
